Food Package weight:
Inmates are allowed (1) 40-pound food package a month, and (3) nonfood packages a
month.

Our policy requires a return at the time of delivery. Our return policy applies only to non-perishable items. All non-perishable items may be returned at the time of delivery, and you can be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

We do not issue returns for situations where the package is refused for:

The Inmate is out to court
The Inmate is on loss of packages 
The Inmate is placed in keep lock
The Inmate is over the allowable package limit
The Inmate is transferred to another facility
The Inmate refuses package

The Facility Rejects the package Due to the shipper not being able to send to a particular inmate.

To start a return, you can contact us at toab2024@gmail.com If your return is accepted, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The items must also be in the original packaging. Any items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are also responsible for your own shipping cost to return items 

Any orders cancelled within 24 hours of the shipment date is subject to a 15% restocking fee. This fee is applied to the costs associated with processing and fulfilling the order as well as restocking and processing your cancellation and refund.

All orders purchased within a 10-day period are eligible
for store credit applied to their next purchase on website and the restocking fee is non-negotiable. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved; you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.

There are no cash or credit card refunds.  We can only place a credit refund to the inmates to use for another purchase at a later date.

Two of all Bosses is not responsible for refused items at an Incarcerated individuals housing unit. Please ensure that the items you ordered are approved at your facility. If an item is not allowed at your facility, Two of all Bosses is not responsible for return shipping of these items. Used, Opened and or Perishable items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Shipping Fees are non-refundable for refused packages.

Incarcerated Individuals in reception status at the Department’s Reception Facility will not be allowed to receive packages for 30 days from Date of reception.

Incarcerated individuals will not be allowed to receive packages while “In-Transit” (Temporarily Housed at another Facility)

In Accordance with NYDOCCS Directive #4911 an Incarcerated Individual of NYDOCCS may receive Monthly Food Packages containing approved items. Family, Friends and Incarcerated Individuals are responsible for ensuring the items they order are allowed at their facility and the Incarcerated Individual does not exceed the allowable limits.

Please note that when packages are refused, UPS as well as other mail carriers will impose a return fee which will be deducted from your refund. We will issue a refund for the amount paid minus the fees for shipping and handling. If you used Cash App there also will be a fee deducted for that as well.

It's our policy that all returned merchandise MUST be shipped directly from
the correctional facility. All items MUST be NEW and in the original condition it was received. WE DO NOT accept merchandise returns from families or 3rd parties. If received, the merchandise will be held, and the sender will be notified by email if contact details are available.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT FOOD PRODUCTS FOR RETURN.

Two of all Bosses reserves the right to deny any item that does not meet the new unused criteria for exchanges. We only replace NEW/Unused products if they are defective or damaged. Accepted products will be exchanges for new same item unless this product was discontinued by the manufacturer.

Thank you for shopping with us. Timeline for shipping when not delayed is 3-5 business days. Inmates are allowed (3) food packages a month equaling up to 40pounds per month. 

Adjustments may be necessary during holidays, inclement weather, or natural disasters. In such cases, shipping will resume on the next possible business day. Please note that external variables beyond our control, such as carrier bottlenecks and unforeseeable circumstances, may influence the final delivery timeline. Once packages reach the facility, we are not responsible for any delays.


Additional packages containing non-food items, such as clothing and tobacco, 
may be received and will not be counted against the food package limit. Be 
advised that there are limits to the amount of personal property offenders may 
accumulate based on physical and/or programmatic considerations. There 
are also restrictions on color of clothing.
Exceptions to the above package rules exist for those in Special Housing Units 
(SHU), or on "loss of package" sanctions, "reception", or in "in-transit" status, 
Shock, drug treatment centers, CASAT, and work release centers. For example, 
no packages may be received at any time by anyone in SHU except books, 
periodicals, and legal materials.
For information about these special populations, please contact that specific 
facility.
Additionally, individuals located at "TV Facilities" may receive from family, 
friends or other personal sources only two food packages, including items 
ordered directly from approved vendors, per calendar year. These packages 
may contain only food items and may not exceed 20 pounds.
Substitutions and Credit Request:

Orders that allow for substitutions are shipped much faster than those that opt to apply credit for the missing items. By allowing us the flexibility of providing an alternative for the original item, we can then continue to process this order and ship within the 5 day processing timeline. We substitute items for equal or greater value (the brand name might change or the product weight which is always increased). We encourage everyone to allow for substitutions to keep your shipping timeline intact.

Order Cancellations:

Due to shipping delays or disciplinary actions will incur a 15% Restocking Fee. The Restocking Fee is Non-Negotiable. By law a NY State Business has 30-90 days to get an order shipped to the recipient. It is our policy to ship orders whenever all items are complete for that package.


NYS DOCCS can issue the package within 1-14 days of receipt. Once Two of all Bosses LLC. ships the order and confirms receipt by the correctional facility; we are no longer liable for the package. Your order with us is complete.

As a result of the new updates to NYS DOCCS directive 4911; inmates can
receive 40lbs monthly . You will be notified via email once the refund is complete.
Shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note: Successfully returned items will be notified of receipt and timeline of your returned monies, exchange, and or concerns.
Orders returned at no fault of the Company are not eligible for cash refund. Orders that are returned due to inmate disciplinary restrictions are not eligible for refund. The order will be shipped directly to the customer's address listed on file. The customer will be responsible for the cost for postage. Postage cost will be determined by weight via USPS Priority Mail.
